Business Development Manager - Construction

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business forward, leveraging contacts in the construction sector, in the Austin area, both commercial and residential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients in commercial, multifamily and residential markets.
• Build relationships with key decision makers, booking appointments.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver strong proposals.
• Attend networking events and trade association meetings.
• Help refine and expand the marketing strategy alongside leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business development role.
• Strong network in construction and Real Estate, within the City of Austin.
• Familiarity with construction services, repairs and restoration.
• Self-starter, able to "make things happen"
• Presentable and commercial, able to be the face of the company.
