The Role:

As a Commercial Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate cost estimates and competitive bidding for high-end commercial projects. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop comprehensive estimates and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for high-end commercial projects.

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.

• Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Identify project risks and develop cost-effective solutions.

• Assist in value engineering and cost analysis.

• Work closely with the pre-construction and project management teams.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, costs, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator in the commercial sector.

• Experience working with high-end projects in retail, hospitality, corporate interiors, or landmark renovations preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar).

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
