Construction Superintendent - Commercial

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 + benefits

Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have commercial experience!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in projects such as office buildings, retail centers, healthcare facilities, or industrial buildings.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
