Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient completion of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Track project progress, solve on-site challenges, and adjust plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns proactively.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Expertise in construction site management, safety regulations, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams of subcontractors and workers.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
