CONSTRUCTION SITE COORDINATOR

We Search People are working with a well established residential GC to find a Construction Site Coordinator.

They are a very well established, award winning residential developer based in Charlotte, who have a pipeline of work for the next 5 years. They are offering a long-term permanent position working within an excellent culture, paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and bonus.

Supporting the Project Manager with land development and construction of homes, the role will work at a fast pace and will be nicely varied.

Naturally with a site coordinator position there will be travel involved to a few different land development sites, but they are in and around the Charlotte area.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities:

• Extensive experience as a Construction Coordinantor
• 2+ years experience of working in residential industry
• Land Development experience is advantageous
• Must have a Pro-active, strong personality
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
   

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous bonus structure and benefits package.
