Construction Manager - General Contractor

$100k - $110k + Benefits

We Search People are working with a general contracting firm who specialize in single-family, multifamily, and light commercial construction projects. They are looking for a Construction Manager who has extensive renovation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, inspections, and coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct detailed reviews of construction plans, specifications, and design documents to guarantee compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Proven ground-up construction experience with high-end residential projects.
• Extensive renovation experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
