Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Executive to lead and oversee luxury residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-end projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of high-end residential construction projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Direct and mentor project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, luxury materials, and finishes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment.
