The Position
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale multifamily builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Development:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to create comprehensive project plans.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Budget and Cost Control:
- Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and controlling costs.
- Review and approve project estimates, bids, and contracts to ensure financial efficiency.

Schedule Management:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Quality Assurance and Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure construction meets design specifications and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
- Promote a culture of safety on the job site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget summaries, and timeline projections.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Handle any disputes or issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Prefered)
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management with multifamily projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale multifamily builds from start to finish.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
