About the Role
Our client, a leading real estate development firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Development Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of real estate projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property development, from acquisition to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating potential development opportunities, including market research and feasibility analysis.
• Support the coordination of entitlements, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to track project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare financial models, project reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.

About You:

• Experience or strong interest in real estate development, urban planning, or construction management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate financial modeling is a plus.
