About the Role
Our client, a premier design-build firm specializing in luxury residential construction and custom millwork, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working on high-end custom homes and interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom millwork.
- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, ensuring projects are completed with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet client expectations and design intent.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
About You:
- Extensive experience in high-end residential carpentry and custom millwork.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with a wide range of carpentry tools and techniques.
