Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee all aspects of high-end carpentry, including framing, custom trim, cabinetry, and millwork.

• Interpret and execute architectural drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and seamless workflow.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

About You:

• Extensive experience as a Lead Carpenter in high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of custom millwork, fine woodworking, and luxury homebuilding techniques.
