Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.

• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and resolve any project challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential and commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and project management software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
