Project Manager

This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any construction-related challenges to keep projects on track.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely material delivery.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in custom home building.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
