Our client, a well-established and reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a variety of residential and commercial building projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and mitigate risks.
  • Manage schedules, resources, and costs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and maintain strong client relationships.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and project management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools.
