Who Are You?

You are someone who has a passion for all things Marketing, who is used to working independently. You will be given the freedom to get on with the job, so need to be a self-starter.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years demonstratable experience within a similar position in B2B Marketing in an SME. Experience within recruitment would be a distinct advantage.

You will be full of energy & ideas of how to grow our online presence and help develop the company’s marketing strategy moving forward - in particular making the best use of the data we have built.

You will be impatient to get things done, have a pro-active mindset and take initiative in the role.

We want people who are hungry to succeed and aren’t happy sitting in their comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities in this Position;

• Grow our online/social media presence
• Informational & Promotional E-Mail Marketing - managing, organising and running all campaigns to current & prospective clients & candidates
• Write engaging online content & copywrite for our website & social media
• Use your graphic design skills to create beautiful, stand-out marketing material
• Help identify effective online sponsorship/advertising opportunities
• Brand awareness and ensuring all internal and external communications are ‘on brand’
• Assist in developing We Search People’s marketing strategy
