The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Superintendent to join our client in the Arlington, VA area – the successful candidate will be a senior-level Construction Superintendent with experience within an established General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects.

This position gives the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders and offers real progression opportunities.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years of progressive construction experience as a superintendent within a General Contractor.

· Ground Up / Base Building project experience

· Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Prolog.

· OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package.
