About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing commercial construction firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee projects across Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects in sectors such as retail, office, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, solve on-site challenges, and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and travel as needed across Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
