Specialist construction installer - Superintendent

Location: Central Austin

Package: $100k-$130k+ benefits

Market leading construction firm, specialising in in wall cladding products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Manage site operations daily, including scheduling, inspections, and overall coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the City of Austin Inspectors and permit office to ensure plans are met.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction
• In-depth experience, working in Construction in Austin.
• Experienced working with (and preferably for) specialist subcontractors.
