Vice President of Investments

Location: Dallas, TX with regular trips across the country.

Salary:  $250K - $270K + benefits

Market leading real estate development firm based in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Source acquisition and investment opportunities that fit the Company's investment criteria.
• Lead the underwriting process, managing an analytical team.
• Manage acquisition process from contact through to contract, working in partnership with company's Chief Legal Officer, CFO and President.
• Prepare investment memos, including various investment approaches/scenarios and sensitivity analysis when appropriate.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in real estate investments.
• Organised, a self-starter who can perform under pressure.
