Construction Superintendent – Multi-Family Projects

They are currently seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join their team.
This opportunity is open to all levels of superintendents, from Assistant to Senior.

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for Construction Superintendents to oversee multi-family residential projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols,
and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities on multi-family projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and stakeholders regarding progress and issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-family construction projects.
• Experience at any level of superintendent: Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with construction schedules, budgets, and project management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (optional).
• Experience with large-scale multi-family residential projects.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
