How does contingency recruitment work?

Briefing Stage

When you have a vacancy to fill, reach out to us and we'll then have a briefing call to discuss the requirements with you. We'll also agree a % placement fee of the salary at this stage.

Candidate Sourcing

As soon as we have a good idea of the requirement you have, we'll get started on sourcing candidates through advertising where necessary and a deep search of our candidate pool and networks.

Candidate Screening

We'll screen candidates we speak to of their suitability, salary expectations, availability etc. and then identify and shortlist a number of candidates for you to review and select which ones you would like to interview.

Interview Coordination

We'll then liaise with you as the client and your preferred candidates from the shortlist to arrange interviews.

Negotiation and Offer

If you decide to offer the role to one of our shortlisted candidates after interview, we'll then help you agree the terms of employment with them and sign the contract. We'll then bill you our agreed fee once they have commenced employment!

Placement and Follow-up

Once the candidate has started in their role we'll check in and follow up with both the client and candidate to ensure everything is going well!
