Construction Superintendent

We’re representing a well-established construction firm looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil and highway projects.
This is a key leadership position overseeing field operations across multiple large-scale infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and reputable business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple heavy civil and highway projects
• Manage and mentor Superintendents, Foremen and wider field teams
• Drive project schedules, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and productivity
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with DOT standards, regulations and company procedures

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience operating as a Superintendent
• Strong background in heavy highway, roadwork, earthwork and infrastructure projects
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of safety standards and field operations

Desirable:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with DOT processes and large-scale public works projects
