Design/Sales Consultant – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Division

Are you a creative, motivated design/sales professional with a passion for turning homes into dream spaces? We are working with a well-established custom home builder launching a new Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Division, and are looking for a talented individual to help lead the way.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, and budget.
• Design kitchen and bath layouts that combine beauty, function, and value.
• Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and product selections.
• Manage client relationships from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with our construction and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and/or construction sales.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and remodeling trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and close sales with confidence.
• Proficiency in design or estimating software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp, etc.) a plus.
