Project Manager - 1099 CONTRACT

We're working with an established custom home builder in Houston to find an experienced Project Manager for an ongoing contract role covering remodels and ground-up builds across the central Houston area.

The Role

You'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, overseeing day-to-day operations across a varied portfolio of custom residential work. All projects are based centrally in Houston, so no extensive travel is required. This is an ongoing 1099 contract position with consistent work.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
• Background in custom home builds, remodels and ground-up construction
• Strong ability to manage projects independently
• Based in or able to commute to central Houston, TX

• 1099 independent contractor role
• c.$100,000
• Central Houston, TX — all work local to the area
