Senior Construction Manager
About the Opportunity
We are currently working with a long-established, highly respected commercial contracting company based in Southern New Hampshire, known for its quality work across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a senior-level construction professional to step into a leadership role overseeing electrical projects from planning through completion.
This is a prime opportunity for someone with a Superintendent or Project Management background in the electrical industry who’s ready to take ownership of complex projects and help shape field operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met

Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials

Act as the key liaison between field teams, office staff, and clients

Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress meetings

Support estimating and pre-construction planning where required
-
Ensure all safety protocols, local codes, and company policies are followed

Mentor junior staff and contribute to long-term workforce development
What We’re Looking For
-
8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 in a senior or supervisory role
-
Strong field background (Superintendent or Master Electrician experience preferred)

OR experience running jobs from the office as a Project Manager

Deep understanding of NEC, commercial/industrial electrical systems, and construction workflows

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple priorities

Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
