We Search People is a leading construction recruitment consultancy specialising in the US market. We work in partnership with clients across North America to place the best construction professionals in the industry, and our ambition is to become the largest specialist construction and engineering recruiter in the US - in both headcount and revenue.

The Role

You'll be working a desk in one of the most exciting recruitment markets in the world - the US construction sector. With average fees more than double those in the UK, the earning potential here is significant. You'll develop and manage your own client and candidate relationships, with the full support of an experienced team around you.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruitment agency experience, ideally within permanent recruitment
• Someone who is hungry to progress and not content sitting in their comfort zone
• Proactive, impatient to get things done and able to take initiative
• A genuinely customer-centric approach to both clients and candidates
• Ambitious - you want to earn more and build a career, not just do a job
