Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + benefits
Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor & developer, specializing in commercial & residential projects
They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to manage all construction activities in the business in the next 4-5 years.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, must have commercial or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
