Construction Superintendent

We’re partnered with an award-winning General Contractor based in Naples, Florida who is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Superintendent to support their growing pipeline of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage projects from ground-up through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality and compliance standards
• Review drawings, plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $30M+
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing site teams and subcontractors

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
