Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle management of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
• Manage and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership groups to ensure project success
• Monitor project financials including cost control, change orders, and forecasting
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope management
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Utilize Procore and other construction management platforms to track project progress, documentation, and reporting

Required Experience

• 6+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Proven track record delivering commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of 10+ project staff and field personnel
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
