Architectural Project Manager

We Search People are looking for a Design / Architect professional to join our client based in Baltimore, MD.

The Company

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall design management of commercial entertainment projects ranging in value from $5 - 20m. You will act as the Owners Representative, managing the design team & looking after the clients best interests every step of the way.

The successful candidate must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.

Requirements

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction design & Architecture

· 4 year degree in Architecture or related field required

· Knowledge & experience of design software such as CAD

· Experience with managing teams & projects is desired
