Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re growing at We Search People and are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in the U.S. Construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the U.S. construction market
• Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates for senior construction roles
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your client base
• Provide a consultative, customer-focused approach to both clients and candidates
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 2+ years recruitment agency experience
• Background in permanent recruitment preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by success and financial reward

Desirable:

• Experience within construction or a related sector
• Track record of billing and business development success
