Leasing Agent/Specialist

About the role:

Our client is looking for a service driven Leasing Specialist/Agent to join their team over in NJ. This role will be heavily focused around shaping first impression for potential residents, and ensuring they experience a hospitality driven leasing experience. This role will involve showing apartments to prospective residents, handling leads and inquiries, working closely with the Leasing Manager and teams who are on-site to deliver fantastic customer service across one of their luxury communities.

You will be responsible for:

• Serving as a brand ambassador
• Conducting Tours
• Dealing with and responding to leads promptly across all platforms - email, phone and inbound online.
• Prepare & Process lease document's efficiently within Yardi.
• Drive top tier service and contribute to community engagement.
• Work closely with property managers and maintenance team to support move ins.
• Follow up with prospect to ensure lead to lease conversation.

You will have:

• 2+ years experience in a luxury multifamily apartment community.
• Excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivery best-in-class customer service.
• Ability to work alone and within a team.
• Strong ability to stay organized.
• Bilingual would be a plus.
• Yardi experience is a plus (as well as additional property management software)
• Strong experience in being able to analyze and summarise market trends to support leasing and marketing strategies.
