Residential Project Manager

After years of growth and success, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the building process of one of our residential multi-family, wood frame projects. The individual selected for this position will work onsite to ensure short- and long-term project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track budgets.
• Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee the permitting process.
• Responsible for project scheduling & reviewing contracts.
• Review percentages of work completed for AIA approval.
• Prepare scopes of work for all individual trades for use in contracts.
• Work closely with perspective tenants/clients and in-house Architects & Engineers.
• Review percentages of work complete and prepare scopes of work for individual trades, such as concrete/masonry, structural steel.
• Communicate project status to leadership and ownership.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years’ experience in a Project Manager role.
• Possess a strong Civil Engineering background.
• Experience with multi-family wood frame development projects.
• Capable of leveling bids, providing submittals to A&E.
• Experience with preparing scopes of work for individual trades.
• Experience with Concrete footings and foundations.
