The Position
We're partnering with a growing high-end home builder in Houston to find a Director of Operations to join their leadership team. This is a senior hire at an exciting stage of the business - as the company scales and diversifies its portfolio from primarily spec homes into more custom builds, this person will play a central role in making that transition a success.
The Role
You'll work closely with senior leadership to manage and develop the operational side of the business as it grows. This is a strategic as well as hands-on role - helping to build the infrastructure, processes and team needed to support an evolving and expanding portfolio of luxury residential projects.
What You'll Need
- Senior leadership experience within residential construction
- Background in luxury, spec and/or custom home building
- Proven ability to manage and scale operations within a growing business
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to think both strategically and practically
- Based in or able to commute to central Houston, TX
