Superintendent

We’re partnered with a growing construction company in San Antonio, TX who is looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to oversee a variety of projects across the region.

This is a great opportunity to join a business delivering a diverse range of work, from small-scale residential waterproofing projects through to larger multifamily restoration developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects in the San Antonio area
• Manage project schedules, quality standards and site safety
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams and stakeholders
• Support successful delivery of restoration, masonry and waterproofing projects

Requirements

Essential:

• Experience working as a Superintendent within construction
• Strong background in masonry and stucco projects
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

• Experience working on multifamily restoration projects
• Experience with residential waterproofing projects
