The Position
We are recruiting for an established luxury homebuilder seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Consultant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating leads and turning enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with the sales team
- Meet or exceed sales and lead-generation targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years' sales experience; real estate or homebuilding preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- CRM experience
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Positive, professional, and results-driven approach
- High school diploma or equivalent
