Project Manager

We're working with a highly regarded luxury home builder in Houston to find an exceptional Project Manager to join their team. This client operates at the very top end of the custom home market - and they need someone who knows what that level of quality and detail demands.

The Role

This is a primarily office-based position working closely alongside an experienced field Construction Manager. You'll take ownership of purchase orders, contract negotiations and project administration, ensuring every project is delivered to the exacting standards this client is known for.

This is a niche role for someone who has worked at the highest end of luxury residential construction and can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. If you need to be shown what luxury looks like, this isn't the right fit.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience in ultra luxury custom home construction
• Strong background in PO management and contract negotiations
• Comfortable operating primarily from the office rather than on site
• A meticulous eye for detail and an understanding of what the top end of the market demands
• Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX
