The Position

We're partnering with a luxury custom home builder in Austin to find an experienced Superintendent who knows the high-end residential market inside out. This client builds homes valued at $4MM and above — and they need someone who understands what that level of finish demands.

You'll be on the ground overseeing day-to-day site operations on luxury custom builds, ensuring every stage of construction meets the exceptional standards this client is known for. Strong local knowledge and established subcontractor relationships in the Austin area are essential. Occasional travel to Dallas will be required.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience on luxury custom home builds in Austin
  • Strong existing relationships with local subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of the standards and expectations that come with high-end residential construction
  • Based in or able to commute to Austin, TX
