The Position
We're working with a well-established high-end home builder in Houston to find an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This client delivers both spec and custom builds at the luxury end of the market - and they need someone who understands what that level of quality demands.
The Role
This is a primarily office-based position, working closely alongside and supporting Construction Managers out in the field. You'll play a key role in keeping projects on track, managing documentation, budgets and schedules, and ensuring every build is delivered to the exceptional standard this client is known for.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in luxury and/or custom home construction
- Strong understanding of what high-end residential building demands
- Comfortable operating primarily from the office in a support and coordination capacity
- Based in or able to commute to central Houston, TX
