Project Manager - Commercial & Municipal

We're partnering with an established general contractor in Houston who specializes in commercial and municipal construction projects. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a great opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering quality projects across the Houston area, with strong emphasis on municipal work and community-focused builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial and municipal construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Manage project documentation, budgets and reporting through Procore
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders 
• Navigate Houston permitting processes and maintain relationships with city officials
• Track and manage change orders, submittals, RFIs and contract documents
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
