3 x Project Managers

We’re partnered with a growing luxury custom home builder based in Dallas who is looking to hire 3 x Project Managers to support a strong and expanding pipeline of high-end residential projects across Dallas, Fort Worth and Frisco.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder delivering premium homes across Texas, with projects ranging from traditional builds to ultra-modern designs, typically valued around $3.5M and 5,000 sq/ft.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules and overall project delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the build process
• Ensure high standards of quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Report on project progress and manage any risks or challenges

Requirements

Essential:

• Experience working as a Project Manager within construction
• Strong understanding of project delivery from start to finish
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-end clients

Desirable:

• Experience in luxury custom homes or high-end residential projects
• Commercial construction background (also considered)
• Experience working on high-value, high-spec builds
