Project Manager - Commercial & Hospitality

We're partnering with an established general contractor in Dallas who specializes in commercial, interiors, industrial and hospitality construction. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead a diverse portfolio of projects, with an initial focus on hotel renovation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial and hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead hotel renovation projects, coordinating design and construction phases
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and trade partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Track and manage change orders, submittals and RFIs
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
