The Position

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to find a Preconstruction Manager to be based out of their Dallas office.

The Role

This is a senior preconstruction position requiring both strong estimating ability and an engineering mindset. You'll lead the preconstruction process on complex electrical projects, with a focus on data center and healthcare work.

What You'll Need

  • Strong estimating background within electrical construction
  • Engineering mindset with the ability to interrogate scope and design
  • Experience in data center and/or healthcare construction — ideally both
  • Background with an electrical contractor (preferred) or general contractor
  • Large-scale industrial or commercial electrical construction experience
