Superintendent - Retail Interiors

We are partnering with a leading general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to find an experienced Superintendent to join their retail interiors division. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations for retail interior build-outs, managing subcontractors and maintaining the highest quality control and safety standards throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for retail interior construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standard
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address any delays or issues that arise
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate across departments effectively
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a culture of safety
• Problem-solve and make decisions quickly to keep projects moving forward

The package:

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
