Senior Investment Associate

We're partnering with a real estate investment firm in Dallas specializing in mixed-use and retail properties. They're looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their team and support investment analysis, underwriting, and deal execution across a growing portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established firm on high-quality mixed-use and retail developments in the Dallas market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and investment underwriting for mixed-use and retail real estate opportunities
• Build and maintain complex financial models (cash flow projections, IRR analysis, sensitivity analysis)
• Support due diligence processes including market research, site analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare presentations/reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and construction teams throughout the investment lifecycle
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting
• Support debt and equity financing efforts
• Track market trends, competitive dynamics and investment opportunities
• Participate in investor relations and communications

The package

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
