The Position

We're working with a high-end construction firm in Dallas to find an experienced Construction Manager to oversee two luxury residential projects running concurrently: a three-unit duplex ground-up build and a six-unit luxury townhouse development.

You'll take full ownership of both projects from the ground up, managing day-to-day operations, subcontractors, schedules, and quality standards to ensure delivery to the highest specification. This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on finish or detail.

We're looking for:

  • Proven experience in luxury residential construction
  • Strong background in ground-up builds
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractor teams concurrently
  • High attention to detail and quality - this client does not compromise on finish
  • Based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX

Details:

  • 1099 contract position
  • $100,000 - $120,000
  • Dallas, TX
