Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Drive the company's next phase of growth through strategic planning and execution
• Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with market opportunities
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
• Lead expansion efforts across South Dallas and surrounding markets
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business including project delivery, quality control, and financial performance
• Ensure operational efficiency and profitability across all projects
• Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth
• Maintain the company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team
• Create clear career pathways and growth opportunities for employees at all levels
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the company

Marketing & Business Development

• Play a key role in marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Maximize business development opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Strengthen the company's market presence and competitive position
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, and industry partners
• Represent the company at industry events and in the community

Financial Management

• Oversee financial performance including P&L responsibility
• Ensure strong financial controls and reporting
• Drive profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Manage capital allocation and investment decisions

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in residential construction or custom home building
• Proven track record scaling a construction or real estate business
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of custom home building operations, quality standards, and client expectations
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field

What's On Offer

• Base salary: ~$300,000
• Total compensation package: $600,000
