 Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Lead on-site project teams and ensure safety and quality standards
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control processes
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
