Our client is a leading Dallas-based luxury custom home builder renowned for delivering exceptional, one-of-a-kind homes across Texas. With an impressive pipeline of high-end residential projects, they are now seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations at their Freestone Lakes development near Fairfield.

The Role

As the on-site Superintendent, you will take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day construction activities across a pipeline of luxury custom homes. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality expected at the luxury level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily site operations at Freestone Lakes

• Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination and site logistics

• Ensure all construction work meets top-tier luxury quality standards

• Maintain strict health & safety protocols across the site

• Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule

• Conduct site inspections, track progress and manage reporting

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team

• Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience delivering luxury custom homes and the ability to manage multiple high-end residential builds simultaneously.

Essential Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury custom residential construction

• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, craftsmanship and bespoke design requirements

• Ability to be based on-site full-time at Freestone Lakes (near Fairfield)

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors and quality control independently

Compensation & Benefits
