Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is a premier luxury custom home builder based in Dallas, Texas.
 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from groundbreaking to completion.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and designers
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and construction team to resolve issues proactively
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and local building codes

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in luxury custom home construction
• Proven track record delivering high-end residential projects with sq ft value of $1000+
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, finishes, and materials
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient with project management tools and construction scheduling software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
